Public Classes
Currently offering classes out of the beautiful Red Deer Healing & Wellness Center. Class capacity is maxed at 5 people. Walk-in's welcome, however booking in advance is recommended. This inviting space is the perfect place to escape and unwind!
Weekly Classes
Summer Break! Please be aware, weekly classes will be cancelled from June-August 2024 but be sure to check out the other amazing offerings happening at the center!
Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 PM- Hatha Yoga
This class is suitable for all levels. If you want to find a combination of poses to both stretch and strengthen the body this class is for you! With a focus on connecting breath to movement, hatha yoga encourages us to explore and have a little fun on the mat!
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM Yin Yoga
This class is suitable for all levels. Yin yoga invites us to really slow down. Gentle stretches are held for several minutes to allow the body time to open gradually. Be sure to dress extra comfy!

Mindful Manifesting

Cost $45.00/person
Crystals and stones hold a very powerful energy that has been felt by humans for thousands of years, being used for healing, protection, prosperity and more. The teachings of yoga are also ancient and have been recognized for their ability to help cultivate focus and mindfulness. There must be a reason these things have resonated with humans for so long!
Join me on a journey of self discovery, and find out what happens when you combine the strong earth energy of crystals with the personal inner energy that makes you uniquely... you! We will explore intention setting and different crystals and gemstones that can be used in a yoga or meditation practice to help manifest your desires into reality!
We will do a little intro to crystal grids and you will get to craft a personal crystal grid aligned with your intention to keep! We will then dive into a gentle hatha yoga practice followed by a meditation.
This 2 hour offering is a gentle introduction into a crystals, yoga and meditation and is suitable for all levels. Practice with the power of the earth behind you and see what comes up!
